ATTENTION!!! For the proper management of the product, please follow the following preparation: 1. Fill in a basin of lukewarm (or warm) water and dip the pan into it with the lid and leave it for about 12 hours (only the first time). 2. Take the pan off the basin, pour the water from it and wipe the pan thoroughly. 3. Place the pan prone to dry thoroughly and is ready for use. 4. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius and then put in the pan with the food. For better and natural cooking, you should put too little water and oil (about half a finger). 5. To wash the pan after use, fill it with water and leave it for about half an hour (to dissolve the fats), then wash it with a sponge and dishwashing liquid, and after it is cleaned well, leave it prone to dry. CAUTION: Do not use metal objects (spoon, knife, etc.) inside the pot, NEVER place the pan on a wet surface or marble immediately after baking, as well, because the risk of breaking the pot is immediate!
